Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use The Midnight Club. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Membership
Membership is granted at our sole discretion following application review. We reserve the right to deny or revoke membership for any reason, including violation of our Code of Conduct.
Payment & Refunds
Membership fees are billed according to your selected plan. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial purchase. Contact billing@themidnightclub.gg for refund requests.
User Conduct
You agree to abide by our Code of Conduct at all times. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on The Midnight Club are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Midnight Club is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
